Chirac (2 km)
A small village with a church and a bar/restaurant.

Exideuil (2 km)
A lovely village with useful amenities including a pharmacy, post office, boulangerie, a small shop, a bar, and a beautiful church.
You can also kayak on the River Vienne from here (guided trips may be available).

Chabanais (6 km)
A larger town with the nearest supermarket (Super U), plus more shops, cafés/bars/restaurants, and ATM machines.

Confolens (approx. 15 km)
A beautiful riverside town on the Vienne, well worth a visit for its historic centre and a good choice of cafés and restaurants.

Saint-Junien (Haute-Vienne) (approx. 20 minutes by car)
A much larger town with a wider range of shops and services.
