Rochechouart Gite Rental Rates

The price is based on 2 peronen for every extra person above 18 years of age we charge €5,- extra a day.

This Gite is not suitable for people with mobility problems, see photos.

Dogs are not allowed in this Gite, only in the Gite Confolens dogs are allowed.

Deposit €150 payable in cash on arrival if there are no defects, the amount will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
Please bring your own bath towels. !

Electricity are included for normal use.

During the months of October to April, we charge an additional €5 per day for use of the heaters or €150 per month for monthly rentals. Unless you consume an excessive amount, we are obliged to charge these additional costs. We can monitor your consumption in the electricity app.

 Cleaning costs. 

We charge € 50,- for this.

During the winter months from 1 Oktober to 1 April, we also rent out the Gite on a monthly basis.
