Gite Complex Rental Rates (all 3 gites)
Our gites are available to book individually or as a group, so perfect for extended families or groups of friends to holiday together but have their own private space also.
The garden is all yours along with the shared swimming pool 9.5 m by 5 m, which we clean daily and then leave you to it to enjoy.
Great space for children as all enclosed and safety ladder on the pool.
Trampoline,Oscillations,drag,tabel tennis and tabel football on site.

Please note that the owners live on site.
Dog is allowed only in de Gite de Confolens.
- Groceries for your arrival (order required at least 48 hours prior to arrival) Some Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk is provided for your arrival.
- Cot, safety bed guard, baby bath, highchair, child safety stair gate available free of charge
- House Towels and bedlinen are provided at no extra cost.
Please note Pool towels are not provided
- Communal washing machine - 5 euros per load (detergent is supplied)
- Hair Dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer and pegs are available within each gite.
- Kitchen equipped with all you should need for a relaxing stay - all you need to do is buy the food.
Each gite/cottage is equipped with the following for your arrival:

- washing up liquid
- hand wash
- salt and pepper

Gite Confolens is the only Gite where dogs are allowed.
The Gites are not suitable for people with mobility problems see our photos.

Accessibility
Due to steps and internal level changes, the gîtes are not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Charges & Payments

Cleaning fee: €50

Tourist tax (taxe de séjour): €0.89 per person, per day

Deposit: 30% of the total booking amount, payable at the time of reservation
Heating (October – May)
From October to May, heating is charged separately where usage is excessive.

Energy consumption is monitored via an app

Any additional charges will be calculated at the end of your stay

For longer stays, heating costs are capped at €150 per month
