Confolens Gite Rental Rates

Important Information

Dogs are welcome in Gîte Confolens. A fee of €25 applies. Please inform us before booking if you wish to bring a dog.

Rental price: The standard price is based on 4 guests. For a 5th guest, an additional charge of €5 per night applies.

Final cleaning fee: €50 per stay.

Tourist tax: €0.89 per person per night.

Security deposit: €150, payable in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage or other outstanding charge.

Booking deposit: 30% of the total rental price is required to confirm your reservation.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Please bring your own towels for use at the swimming pool.

Electricity is included for normal use. We may monitor electricity consumption. In the event of exceptionally high usage, additional costs may be charged and, if necessary, deducted from the security deposit.

Long-Term Stays

From 1 October to 1 June, Gîte Confolens is also available for longer stays.
